水 Water Distortion, inspired by the Chinese philosophy of the five elements where "水" (Water) symbolizes fluidity, adaptability, and depth, is a versatile Pro Co RAT clone that delivers iconic distortion tones with a modern twist.

Housed in a sleek black enclosure—reflecting the traditional association of the Water element with the color black in Chinese culture—this pedal combines the gritty, dynamic sound of the classic RAT with a refined aesthetic, making it a standout addition to any guitarist’s pedalboard.

水 Water Distortion pedal faithfully recreates the legendary Pro Co RAT circuit, renowned for its versatile distortion that ranges from subtle overdrive to thick, fuzz-like tones, famously used by artists like Jeff Beck and Kurt Cobain.

Built around the iconic LM308 op-amp chip (or a modern equivalent like the OP07DP), it delivers the RAT’s signature harmonic-rich distortion with a distinctive “fuzzy” texture.

While staying true to the original design, the pedal include subtle enhancements, such as improved noise reduction.

The pedal features three core controls, consistent with the classic RAT layout:
